The Haltech PS1000 ECU is an ECU capable of controlling fully sequential fuel injection and ignition control on twin rotor applications. With 8 channels capable of controlling injection and ignition duties, the PS1000 can support most modern engines with multi-coil ignition systems, as well as conventional distributor ignition systems. It also gives multiple extra inputs and outputs allowing many extras features to be monitored or controlled.
What is the difference between the E6X, E8, E11v2, PS1000 and PS2000?
The PS1000 is much more than a programmable engine management computer - it provides logging of engine data and allows access in real time to maximize performance and trouble-shoot problems in a vehicle while running using it's on-board memory, or logging direct to the host PC.

The latest software takes advantage of the Windows™ graphical environment to provide a user friendly software package for programming the PS1000 ECU. The software allows access to adjustment of all settings and calibration maps. In addition the software is capable of displaying live data in the form of graphical gauges for easy viewing whilst connected to the ECU.
The use of bar graphs to display information, combined with the ability to manipulate the bars without numerical entry, means that the fuel and ignition points can be easily manipulated in real time. This can save valuable tuning time resulting in less time on the dyno. This translates into cost savings for the end user.
Minimum System Requirements for Software: (to suit PS1000, PS2000, PS2000): IBM PII 233MHz; Win 95 rel2, Win 98, Win 2000, Win ME, Win XP or Vista; CD-ROM or internet access, 20MHDD space.
